Yoga at the Lake House is an in-person yoga class at the Fishhawk West Lake House on select Saturdays during the months of June & July.

Integrate & Flow is my signature yoga class, and it combines vinyasa yoga with elements of pilates and functional training. This class is designed to connect you more deeply to your core and to your entire physiology, with a focus on enhancing body awareness and physiological connections.

Expect grounding core work, creative yoga sequencing, and a fun playlist, for a well rounded, feel good experience.
