YOGA AT THE LAKE HOUSE
SUMMER SATURDAYS

Join me this summer in Fishhawk for in-person Integrate & Flow Yoga classes! Integrate & Flow is my signature yoga class style. It is a vinyasa yoga
style-class, interwoven with elements of mat pilates and functional training. This class style has developed organically from my 13 years of teaching yoga and strength training in a variety of settings, including boutique studios, elite gyms, and with private clients.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned student, this class has something for everyone. I aim to bring creative sequencing, breath based movement, and fun transitions that will leave you feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

I love to dispel the common belief that you have to be flexible to do yoga. This practice is much more about finding a balance of actions - strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility. But if you do consider yourself quite inflexible, yoga is an amazing way to work on that. Yoga can truly be a moving meditation, and a way to embody things we are working on in our lives — whether it be patience, surrender, stillness, or balance (to name a few!).

 I’m so honored & excited to be offering my signature Integrate & Flow style yoga classes in-person again this spring at the Fishhawk West Lake House! I’d love to have you join me for all 8 classes offered throughout the spring season, but please feel free to pick and choose based on your schedule.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to attend classes. Classes are structured for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. *Bring your own mat and a set of yoga blocks (if you have them!).
